How to watch anime online on 9anime

You can watch anime online for free in four steps. Nothing to install and no account.

1. Find a title. Use the search box, pick a genre, or open the A-Z list.
2. Open the anime page. It shows the synopsis, genres, rating and the full episode list.
3. Choose an episode. Episodes load in HD. Start from episode 1 or jump to the latest.
4. Pick sub or dub. Use the server buttons under the player. If one server is slow, try another.

Subbed or dubbed anime

Subbed anime keeps the original Japanese voices and adds English subtitles. Dubbed anime has English voice acting. Many popular series have both, and the dub is listed as its own title, for example One Piece (Dub) next to One Piece. If you are new to anime, subs usually keep the original performances, while dubs let you watch without reading.
